Ingredients:
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
To make the dip, put cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Mix well until everything is well mixed
In the middle of each wonton wrapper, put a spoonful of the crab mixture
Spray water along the edges of the wonton wrappers, then fold them in half diagonally to make a triangle
To seal, press the edges together hard
Spray some cooking spray on a baking sheet, and then put the filled wontons on it
Use cooking spray on top of the wontons
The wontons should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it
