Ingredients:
- 1 can 13
- 5 oz full-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a blender, combine coconut milk, cocoa powder, almond butter, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt
Blend until smooth and well combined
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid
To unmold, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds to release the fudgesicles
