Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 350F 175C
Scramble the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper
Roll out each biscuit dough into a flat circle
Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit
Fold the biscuit dough over the filling, sealing the edges to form a ball
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the breakfast bombs inside
