A tasty change from regular potato wedges are these smoked paprika oven fries. The smokey flavor of the paprika goes well with the fries crispy outside and fluffy inside. Theyre great as a snack or side dish any time.
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Set the oven to 425F 220C and heat it up
Put the potato wedges in a large bowl and add the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Toss the wedges around until they are well covered
Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper
Fries should be baked in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until the outside is golden brown and crispy and the inside is soft
Take it out of the oven and serve it hot
If you want, you can add chopped parsley or grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving
