Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens
Remove from heat and set aside
Place salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and black pepper
Brush the balsamic glaze generously over the salmon fillets, reserving some for serving
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork
Once cooked, remove from the oven and brush with additional glaze if desired
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Serve the amazing balsamic glazed salmon hot, with remaining glaze on the side
