The Big 5 Superfood Smoothie

Five powerful superfoods are in this tasty and healthy smoothie: banana, blueberries, spinach, chia seeds, and almond butter. Its a great way to start the day or fuel up after a workout.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Mix everything together in a blender

Mix until its creamy and smooth

You can add ice cubes to make it colder if you want to

Put it in a glass and enjoy
