Ingredients:
- 1 banana, ripe
- 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup spinach, fresh
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cup almond milk

- Ice cubes optional
