Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Red onion slices
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Put breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Add ground beef and mix until everything is well mixed
Make burger patties out of the four equal parts of the mixture
Set the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to heat it up
Grill the burger patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until theyre done the way you like them
Make the feta-curry dressing while the burgers are cooking
Crumble the feta and mix it with Greek yogurt, curry powder, lemon juice, and olive oil until the dressing is smooth
Put the burger buns on the grill and toast them for one minute, or until they get a little brown
Put lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and red onion slices on the bottom bun of each burger, and then put the grilled burger patty on top of them
Take the top bun and put it on top of the burger
Then spread the feta-curry dressing on it
Enjoy while hot
