Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme to the pork chops
Season the pork chops and put them in a large oven-safe dish
Then add the baby carrots, halved baby potatoes, and trimmed green beans
Pour chicken broth into the dish and sprinkle the ingredients with olive oil
Wrap the dish in foil and bake it in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes
Take off the foil and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft and the pork is cooked all the way through
