Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C
In a blender or food processor, pulse the rolled oats until finely ground
In a shallow dish, mix together the ground oats, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly in the oat mixture
Place the coated chicken breasts on a greased baking sheet
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown
